General Policies

We do our best to ship your order the same or the next day we receive it. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we promise to ship out your order within 3 business days or to let you know if it is not readily available. We cannot be responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Zip codes must be included with all addresses.

Our FABULOUS gift wrap is free. Please understand that we cannot gift wrap over-sized packages. We will, however, make them as festive as possible.

We will accept returns from you within 30 days of original purchase when accompanied by our store receipt. Refunds will be made in its original form of payment. All merchandise must be in perfect, resaleable condition, unopened, and in its original package. Return of all damaged merchandise will be accepted if the defects are the results of manufacturing defects.

Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, products sell out early or fail to arrive on schedule. If this occurs, we will make every effort to obtain your selection on a timely basis. Prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. We, too, are human and sometimes make mistakes. As hard as we try, sometimes we make a typographical error or two. In advance, we apologize if this happens.

In case there is a problem, it is so very important that we have your correct address, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number, etc.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $0.00 per item.

One Gift Card is available per order for a charge of $1.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
